Is CHAID workable on Matlab?

There are alot of Chi Square functions that can be used in matlab and its really confusing. Is it possible to make a CHAID decision tree that could classify a skin lesion with the variables Asymmetry(A), Border(B), Color(C), and Diameter(D).
