Why am I getting Identifier "XYZ' is undefinedin POLYSPACE codeprover?

I am getting compilation error as: identifier "ADCR" is undefined. But, ADCR has been defined in a .h file as: ADCR DEFINE 0xFFF1E. Also the .h file has been included in the source file. Please help.
