ezdsp F28335 external mode error

ı want to use ezdsp f28335 external mode but simulink gives below error. matlab version 2017b, ccs v7 is used. out file of simulink works at ccs but external mode gives error.
error is ;
"### Done invoking postbuild tool."
### Successful completion of build procedure for model: c28x_serial_ext
Build process completed successfully
Failed to open serial port COM2. Possible causes are:
a) The target is not powered on.
b) The specified port number is not correct.
c) The specified bit rate is not supported by the host machine.
d) The specified port is occupied by another application.
e) The previous connection was not closed correctly. If this is the case, you may need to re-start MATLAB.
how to solve this error.

We do not know what steps you have taken to debug this. Have you ensured that your device is powered on, that it is at the COM port you think it is at, that you are using a valid speed, that nothing else is using the port? Have you been able to connect to the device using a program such as TerraTerm ?

this device connect to com1 port. device ensured power. device normally with simulink gives .out file but ı want to reading adc value from ezdsp so ı want to work external mode ezdsp f28335. simulink gives this error. ı changed valid speed both 115200 and 9600. device is connect via ccs v7 but directly simulink. this error is seen as a general error. how to solve this error.
ı am trying simplest simulation(c28x_serial_ext)
please help me

Do you mean that you contacted Mathworks technical support and they said they did not know how to solve the problem?
