Can anyone show me how to analyze nonlinear regression for adsorption with Langmuir isotherm? Thank you very much.

I have not done anything with the Langmuir adsorption model (link) in a while. The New Mexico Tech Physical Chemistry (link) discussion (and laboratory assignment) suggests to me that you can probably use a linear regression. This is easily done with polyfit (link) and polyval, or using the mldivide,\ (link) operator.
The series expansion gives:
syms Kads C
theta(Kads) = Kads*C/(1 + Kads*C); % CHEM 331L, Eq. 4
ThetaSeries = taylor(theta, C, 'Order', 7) % Series Expansion
ThetaSeries(Kads) =
- C^6*Kads^6 + C^5*Kads^5 - C^4*Kads^4 + C^3*Kads^3 - C^2*Kads^2 + C*Kads
Experiment to get the result you want.
