I segmented page into lines. Create my own dataset and then ground truth(by cropping lines from original text page). Now the dimensions of ground truth images and the generated by my algorithm are having different dimensions.I use PNSR but having error that both images are having different dimendions. Now how to compare both and extract accuracy of resultant segmented text images?
I this case which parameters of line, can I use for computing accuracy?

Why you changed the dimension of the processed image?

For comparison of the segmented image with ground truth image, the dimension of both images should be same (Logical Comparision). All quality metrics parameters are related to Disease Present: TPR, FPR & Disease Not Present: TPR, FPR

Bassically i creaeted ground truth for lines by cropping page(into mutiple lines). Than during cropping length of lines vary (as i just crop text region), while result from algo gives (white spaces on both sides of text , as text line has margin on page). this is beacuse i am having different size images for comparison. Now what to do for comparison
