As jacobian is the partial derivatives of a matrix. How to to find the Jacobian Derivation of an image in terms of x and y directions.

Hey.There is some camera settings.Please can you provide a short and simple code for jacobian of an image in direction of x and y?or can provide overall Jacobian derivative matrix of an image?
