Is there any simulink model that simulate tension rise due to solar panel integration ?

Hello Romain,
Do you mean temperature rise? If so, this block: https://www.mathworks.com/help/physmod/sps/ref/solarcell.html supports thermal modelling. If you are referring to something else, could you elaborate?
