i want to create 20 cognitive channel in matlab out of which i want select the best channel for some data transmission.. can anybody please tell me how to do that?

i want to send some data (around 10 mb in size) over a cognitive channel which could be the best out of the available channel list.. to find the best channel i will use some channel decision algorithm.. but i dont know how to create the cognitive channel(spectrum) in matlab and how to transmitt the data?
