I have climate data at a 0.5 degree spatial resolution in a netcdf file format,how i cam resample it to 1 km resolution?

I have climate data at a 1 km spatial resolution in a netcdf file format and I need to do calculations that involve the the entire netcdf file and the geotiff. and dont know how resample netcdf file in matlab
