Dear all, I am trying to find cross-Correlation between two matrix. like [r ,lag] = xcorr(xx,yy); the value of cross-correlation (r) at some points are grater than +/- 1. My question is, how to keep these r values between +/-1 as the both matrix have different length of size.

Do interpolation to get the data into same dimensions. Read about interp1.
