zoom and save all the figure with the zoom

hi evrybody i'm just asking if someone could help me how i can change zoom (1:100,1:200,1:500,....) just in choosing in the list wich i put it in a menu to an any figures and save them to this size in matlab like in autocard u can see that in this link http://5ko.free.fr/en/acad.html
