Which is better for surface fitting (zernike polynomial) - Curve Fitting Toolbox or Optimization Toolbox

1 view (last 30 days)
I have to fit zernike polynomial surface. So I'll buy any proper matlab toolbox. But I don't know which toolbox is better for zernike surface fitting. There's a method to fit surface in Curve Fitting Toolbox. But "lsqcurvefit" in Optimization Toolbox seems good. What's the difference? Would you recommend me any toolbox for zernike surface fitting?
