How to create a slider to rewind animation ?

Hi , I'm working on a kinematics project and I have succeeded to represent a moving stick figure from the pelvis and below doing a lunge exercise. My problem is that I have to create some sort of a slider that replays the animation and I have no idea how to do that?

PS: You wont be able to run my code because I cant attach the data file that comes with it nor the function that reads it because it exceeds 5 MB

Thank you Walter the video_fig function is actually what I need but the problem I'm facing now is that I have a structure with multiframes and I cant figure out how to use it with the function
