real time Integration of acceleration to get velocity in Simulink

Hi everybody It is sometime I`m searching some solutions for my problem but still unclear. I have seen some of the codes to integrate the acceleration data to get velocity but they are mainly for Matlab environment where we deal with stored data. How about Simulink? I mean, is it possible to integrate real time acceleration with high accuracy to get velocity (and also displacement)? I definitely do not mean the read-to-go "Integrator" block which outputs disasters! I`d appreciate any help.
