how to load manually downloaded alexnet into matlab?

im using 2016b matlab. Add on explorer also i cant use. i downloaded alexnet from matlab website, how to use ir load alexnet in matlab?

Did you try the instructions at the bottom of this link Get Add-Ons?
To install an add-on manually, double-click the add-on installation file in the MATLAB Current Folder browser. An installer opens to guide you through the installation process. Valid installation files include .mltbx files (toolboxes), .mlappinstall files (apps), and .mlpkginstall files (hardware support packages).

thanks for your reply. we have an issue that, we are restricted to use "Add on explorer" in our company. i hope "add on" is kind of browser for matlab to download these kind required application . i have downloaded alexnet and when im trying to install it through matlab it show 'fail to load'.
one more help if u can, how to use "single shot detector" in malab

Download Error
There was a problem downloading the support package. To resolve this issue, see this MATLAB Answer
I am also getting this error in MatLab 2019b version. Kindly provide solution.
