Anyone coded the Victor & Mast T2circ calculation in MATLAB?

I am having difficulty understanding how to calculate Victor & Mast's (1991) T2circ statistic and the paper is incredibly difficult to read (conceptually and literally!). I was thinking it might be easier to understand if I could see how others have coded it in MATLAB. Has anyone written code to do this analysis that they would be willing to share?
