Three phase breaker didn't switch off even the external control get a 0 value

Currently I'm working on the modeling of the charging and discharging of the battery with dynamic load and three phase source. I used the three phase breaker (initial condition opened) in my model in order to control the power supplied from the three phase source. This model is made in a way that when the state of charge (SOC) of the battery less than or equal to 20%, the breaker will be closed (1) and so the three phase source will supply voltage to the battery. Once the SOC is charged to a value greater than 25 (just a trial value for testing), the breaker com will become opened (0).
However, even the value at the breaker's com shows 0, but the source is still connected with the battery and the battery is continuously charged without being terminated when the SOC exceeds 25%. Thus, I would like to seek advice from all proficient simulink users. Thank you!
The attachment is my simulink model.
