Hi, i'm analizing how the velocity of the body centre of pressure, of 250 patients, changes with the age in two kind of test: a test with open eyes and one with close eyes. From the ANCOVA function "aoctool" i got this results that i don't know how to interpetrate. Can somebody explain to me how to read this results?
Thanks a lot

There are entire semester-long courses on understanding analysis of variance. All decent statistical software produces a table in roughly the same format as Matlab's. Your question is too broad and it would take several hours to walk you through what each element of the table represents and how to interpret it. Fortunately there are a lot of resources on the internet that explain this.
You can start with the Matlab documentation.
This source, especially step 3, might be a good starting point for you. https://www.mathworks.com/help/stats/analysis-of-covariance.html
If you have a more specific question, feel free to follow up.
