I am solving four coupled ODEs using ODE45 solver with the intention of optimising the parameters with real data using lsqnonlin algorithm available in matlab.. how to create an objective function for minimisation of least squares in this file.. or how to write an objective function for least squares error in this matlab file...
Please help me to sort out this problem..
Please see the attached m-files.

Hi @ strider sir...
The above links are helpful for me... Perhaps, I want to link ODE45 with optimisation toolbox... So, that I can use the different solvers (lsqnonlin, interior point ) directly.. In this case, how to create an objective function in order to minimise the least squares for curve fitting by comparing predicted and experimental results...
If possible, please send any links regarding this..
