Can't start Simulink Onramp

I have installed Onramp as per instructions, and am running MatlabR2018b. When I try to start Onramp, it asks me to login agian, which I do
Then I'm asked to supply a user ID, but the program won't accept anything I type in, nor will it tell me what is wrong; just keeps returning to the userID page.
