how to create randomly oriented distributed cylinders in a cube domain

Hello, I am working on a project that see the stress/strain for randomly oriented and distributed cylinders particles.
I would like to run the script file through ABAQUS,
The constrants are
1, randomly oriented(at any angle) and distributed cylinders in a cube domain (this is for later stress/strain analysis)
2, the cylinders shouldn't overlap but can touch each other.
3, cylinders have constant diameters and heights (the diameter and heights can be changed by user)
4,the cube domain is not limited.
5,the number of the cylinders can be controled.
I will highly appreiciate if there is a code that I can start.
