which modules have to buy to simulate audio noise cancel system

Dear sir,

I would like to matlab software to do a simulaton for noise cancel system.

We have a hardware chip wiht 5 to 8 2nd order biquad filters.

The whole system is simple mic accepting noise and speaker generating anti noise, so the audio signal goes thru the biquad filters.

In case, I want do scuh simulation, what modules should I buy?
