Produce an excel file with major and minor column name

Hello everyone!
I would like to create an excel file that have 4 major columns with 4 sub-columns in one major column as shown below.

Currently, I am using MATLAB2018b and writetable to create and store the data to my excel file, but I cannot find a way to produce the sub-column like that.
Any suggestion will be very appreciated.
