How can I convert mathematical model to fitness function which can be evaluated by genetic algorithm

Hi,
I have a mathematical model for VRP and wish to convert to a function which can be evaluated by genetic algorithm (ga). I have tried using the matlabFunction and unable to get solution. Since I am new to MATLAB, suggest some materials for reference.
Herewith I have attached the formulation for our mathematical model.
