I have a Simulink model of an aircraft that I would like to have start in a steady state trim condition before the model runs. For a given airspeed, weight, altitude etc, I need to find the angle of attack where lift balances weight and thrust balances drag. In past with other code based simulations I have done this iteratively in code but I dont know how to control the simulink model to do this.
The simulink model contains many lookup tables so I can not easily reimplement it in code, solve the initialization problem, then supply it to the simulink model.
I would rather not put a while loop around the entire model.
I do not have the Aerospace block set. I have my own Equations Of Motion.
Thanks for any suggestions.
