How to add data of world file into image to represent longitude and latitude?

I have the doubt to add the coordinate system to an image. Can the I know the longitude and latitude of the selected pixel coordinate after using 'imshow', or using command by typing the pixel coordinate? The result should be close compare with the real map such as Google Maps.

I download the map image by using Map Puzzle and generate the world file. The values are shown as below. 1pixel = 318meter
