How to compensate Chromatic Dispersion by Matlab

Hi,
I am working on millimeter wave radio over fiber converged network in VPI Photonics software and now I want to compensate dispersion with DSP. The problem is the dispersion because from back to back the setup works fine but when I include fiber the constellation is not good. I am using 16 QAM OFDM modulated on 60 GHz mmWave carriers. Can you help me regarding this and which steps are required to form a DSP code to compensate CD. Also my setup is a direct detection system. Thanks
