Updated to R2019a and have less toolboxes and than my R2018b version. Why?

I just updated to R2019a and when I check on installed products via 'ver' command I have less toolboxes and than my R2018b version. Why?
I am using the same product license for R2019a and R2018b.

One possibility is that you (or your IT department, or whomever installed your software) didn't install all the products for which you're licensed.
I looked at the license-related changes in the Release Notes to see if perhaps multiple products had been consolidated into one product, but it appears that the opposite has happened.
Another possibility is that your installation of release R2018b included some non-MathWorks toolboxes that the MathWorks Installer does not install, perhaps add-ons from the File Exchange.
What toolboxes are listed in the output of ver in release R2018b but not in the output of ver in release R2019a?

The command ver will show you your installed toolboxes, not the toolboxes for which you have a license. The command may list installed toolboxes for which you no longer have a license - in case it expired for example - or it may also not display a toolbox for which you do have a license, in case you did not install it. I believe you are in the latter case.
