Starting from R2018b, you can use the Simscape HDL Workflow Advisor ("sschdladvisor" function) to generate an HDL implementation model from a Simscape switched linear model. Refer to the following sources to learn more:

Prior to R2018b, HDL code generation is not supported for Simscape models. Before you can generate HDL code from a Simscape model in R2018a or earlier, you would have to convert the Simscape model to an equivalent Simulink model.
