is there a method that continues calculation in Matlab Online after turning off my computer?

Most people use the cloud computing services to achieve computations (even to train or run any ML models) that requires scalable resources and computing power.
I suggest you use MATLAB Parallel Server to run your computations or programs on cloud.
Also refer this MATLAB Answer which might give you some idea which is similar to your use case.
