Hi there,
I have some questions with regard to the mafdr function. I've run about 100 two way anovas (factor group: 4 levels; factor time: 2 levels) using the same subjects, but different data (signal extracted from different regions of the brain).
Now I want to adjust the p values so that they reflect that I've done 100 tests. So my questions:
1. Can I use mafdr for this? The example talks about different genes etc.
2. Which p values would I feed into mafdr, I mean do I need to call mafdr 3 times to correct for the 2 main effects and the interaction, or do all the p values go into a single column, so 3 p values per subject?
Thank you very much for your help.
Best wishes,
Torsten
