Is standard version of Matlab include Matlab Compiler?

Hi,
I have plant to buy matlab standard version. My question is, if i buy Matlab standard version, is that version of matlab includes Matlab Complier? Do i have pay extra cost to buy MATLAB compiler even i have buy Matlab Standard Version?

It's not included in any standard version/edition. It's a very expensive extra cost.
