If you are a license administrator for your license, then contact Mathworks Support to obtain a PLP.
If you are not a license administrator, then you need to have your license administrator ask on your behalf.
There is no publicly available PLP that you can use. There is no free PLP. You need to get Mathworks to create or look up a PLP for you.
