Simulink has any real time run challenges (disadvantages) in TMS320F28069 over CCS coding ?

Dear all,
I would like to know building a project using Simulink modelling (includes nonlinearities) will pose any problems ? in real time ...
Does it have any limitations ?
Or what way using CCS is more advantageous comparerd to simulink model dumping into control card (F28069)?
