How to make rail fence cipher with elbow pattern using matlab?

I want to make rail fence cipher with elbow pattern, but until I just can make the diagonal pattern not elbow. So, I want to make elbow pattern to put the message bit. Then, I can combine that cryptography in steganography least significant bit.
