Do you need this specific model or an inverter model in general? Like this: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/44676-3-phase-inverter

I want the specific model they used in this paper.
I made one but got something wrong and the output is all wrong.

As per your simulation, you didn't have main circuit (MLI). Simulation contains only the RSCC. Build the entire circuit and try the simulation

I'm sorry, I don't fully understand what you mean. The simulation comprises of both rscc and MLI (on the right).

I know it might sound a little crazy, but you could try to contact the authors of the paper if you want their model.
