real time input and output arduino loop

Hi guys

I want to have a simple example for a real time calculating for or while loop, a loop that get a input from a arduino pin (or raspberry pi) and do a simple calculation then send output to a port(evry cycle).

is it possible by goto statement or break or other statements?
