The current directory is c:\program files\matlab\r2011a\bin, which is reserved for MATLAB files.
Please change your current directory to a writable directory preferably outside of MATLAB installation area.

Progammactically, you can use the CD command. Depending on your MATLAB version, the interactive way looks a bit different. But in any case, there is an editable field top of the MATLAB IDE you can change.
