Need to optimise intensity based image registration transformation matrix to improve ssim between fixed and registered image. But use other technique except existing in matlab i.e. gradient descent and one plus one evolutionary. like grey wolf.

I am getting transformation matrix(3x3) after applying intensity based technique(monomodel or multimodel). But to improve structural similarity need to optimise the matrix using other optimisation techniques. Is it possible, then how, please tell.
