Problem while designing ball screw with simmechanics blockset?

Hi
I am trying to design ball screw with simmechanics block in which i am considering ball nut as one body and screw as another body between which i need to define a relative motion using a constraint. What type of constraint should i use to convert rotational motion to linear motion. Any suggestions regarding ball screw will be helpful.

my real problem is that when I export the file from SolidWorks it said that screw mate is not supported and changed to weld which make my simMechanics still.
