Matlab 2020a slow Macbook Pro 16 Catalina 10.15.4

Hello all,
I have this issue: When I press run in matlab and plot a figure and return back to editor, editor responds in about 5 seconds each and everytime,
I know that it is not related to my pc as it runs cools and have power , i9 with 32gb ram,
So what might be causing this annoying delay when I switch between matlab windows, and I switch between figure panels and editor frequently, not sure if it happens between all matlab windows?
Thanks
Edit: I restarted Matlab and issue is gone, however would be helpful to know what might have started it. I did have lots of windows open before though, and never closed them for a while. Cant keep restarting MATLAB though, so any better solution is welcomed to reset matlab time to time without closing it?

check your system preferences. do you have any "accessibility" programs installed such as magnet?

Do you have anything installed that you granted access under Accessibility in System Preferences?
