i want to make ascii table to code the char

MATLAB uses ASCII for encoding characters. So you can just do this to get the characters:
ASCII = char(0:127);

For the lower 128, this is just the ASCII table that OP wants ... at least I think that's what was asked. Not quite sure.

I do not recall at the moment where I saw it, but a few weeks ago I encountered part of MATLAB that used UTF-32.
