how to find 3xN form from matching points to find fundamental matrix?

i am interested to reconstruct 3d image from two stereo images.i dont know the camera parameters so i to find camera parameters i want to find fundamental find this first i found the matching points now i want these matching points in the form of an 3xN array to find fundamental matrix.please help me out...
