Why does MATLAB R2012b crash when I try to open the Simulink library?

1 view (last 30 days)
I just installed MATLAB R2012b including Simulink. I am using a network license and I installed it using an administrator account. My account does not have administrative rights. The problem is, that every time I try to launch the Simulink library I get the following error:
Error: The Simulink Library Browser failed to initialize. No system or file called 'simulink' found.
I tried to launch the Simulink library using the administrator account and there everything worked out fine.

I do have exactly the same problem. It would be great if somebody can provide a solution. I installed Matlab 2012a to 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium. I'm also using a network license. How did you launch the Simulink library using the administrator account? I only have one account on my PC and I have the administrator rights. But everytime I try to launch the Simulink library, I get the same error.

Then Simulink has been installed for the admin only. Has there been a checkbox to install it for the current or all users?
Because TMW offers support for the installation, I think contacting them is the most efficient solution.

There was no checkbox for this. Matlab runs using my account, the licenses for matlab and simulink are checked out for my account, but somehow I get this error...
