How to stop offline installer deleting files from the download folder once installed.

Hi,
I'm trying to install R2020a using the offline installer for a few networked Windows 10 computers. I'm using the options -inputFile, -downloadFolder and -tmpdir options.
I'm running the setup.exe in the downloadFolder area and the tmpdir is different to the downloadFolder directory. However everytime I run the installer it removes all the files from the -downloadFolder directory. So before I install on the 2nd computer I have to download all the installation media again.
Does anyone know if there is a flag or option to stop the installer from removing all the files from the -downloadFolder area?
