How to interpret DBSCAN result vector values?

Hi Community
I've been reading about DBSCAN and I think it can help me to solve a problem.
I have a 500 x 500 matrix witn intensity values. Most of them 0, somo arount 100 and 200, and few peaks avoer 1000
This matrix is the result of a deconvlucy, with signal peaks.
I want to localize the position of the groups formed by the peaks with the greater values (multiple peaks)
I've been trying dbscan and as a result I obtain a column vector of size 500, with a lot of -1 (noise) and some few values of 4 and 5
How to interpret the results of this values as indexes i,j in my matrix?
Thx a lot
