I have inserted the data to a GUI Table as two columns, column-1 is x-coordinate, column-2 is y-coordinate, now how can i draw a rectangle using those coordinates ? [ I am a user of MATLAB 7.10.0 (R2010a)]

I have inserted the data to a GUI Table as two columns

now how can i draw a rectangle using those coordinates ?
