Why Matlab keeps asking me to login in when I press download button in my account.

I have a university licsence, and want to download another version of Matlab in my PC. When I login my account, and pressed the "dowload arrow", the website directe me to login page again and again.
Does anyone have the same issue? I have already installed one copy in my PC, and need another version.
