MRI Brain Segmentati​onをtiff画像用​を対象に使用できるよ​うに変更したい

上記の質問者様と同様の課題を抱えており、tiff画像を重ねたデータに対して３次元解析を行いたいと思っています。
「MRI Brain Segmentation」という関数セットを利用してtiff画像を使用したいのですが、tiff用に変更する方法がわかりません。
既存の使用データはDICOMで、それをtiffデータを使用できるようにしたいです。
