How to use trained NARX simulink model and predict data?

I had triained a network NARX model from nnstart time series model, then by providing inputs and target data , I train the network and then test it. after it I saved m file code and generate the simulink model (attached here May5Net). Now I want to use this simulink model for data prediction and by providing input from workspace (or load data from m file script).
Even I can predict the data by m file, using the closeloop network of trained network, by command:
Predicted data = sim(netc,input_for_prediction);
But Want to use that in simulink because my linked netwrok is already created in simulink to attach their.
